Usage: Microwave or boil the gel pack to prepare it for hot therapy. For cold therapy, freeze for at least one hour prior to usage. It can reach a high temperature of 140o F, a low of 10o F, and maintains its temperature during therapeutic use for approximately 30 minutes.

 

Characteristics: The gel pack can be reused either for cold or hot. It remains soft and pliable after freezing. It can be cleaned easily with soap and water.
