Except when otherwise stipulated, the delivery ensues ex warehouse and will be shipped to the address advised by the customer. When cashed, the delivery will be made within 3 - 4 working days or within 7 - 8 working days in case of delivery by a trucking company. This information is nonbinding.

Please note: We don’t deliver to post office boxes. Shipments by trucking company will be delivered to your front door at ground level, without doorstep. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.

Transport Damage

It is important for the customer to check the delivery for damages immediately at arrival. Potential damages have to be recorded and signed be the delivering trucking company or parcel service at all events!

Terms of Return

All our products include a 30 day money-back-guarantee. You can return the goods no questions asked. Please make sure that the return is complete and doesn’t show signs of usage. The customer shall take the postal charges. We will not accept not prepaid packages. We reserve the right to decline items that are obviously damaged or used.

In case of the customer not being able to return the items, we offer a pick-up service. The parcel service will pick up the items at the customers address in exchange of a corresponding fee. Please contact us beforehand over email or phone to inquire the fee since it can defer depending on country and item. The customer has to make sure that he will be present at the time and place agreed. Eventual arising costs because of a not ensued pick up shall be charged to the customer’s account.

Please note: For hygienic reasons massage oils and lotions are excluded from exchange. Furthermore, CD’s, DVD’s and our Mandala Posters are also excluded from exchange.

Particularity Delivery by Trucking Company

Please pack the shipment (if possible in the original packing) and ensure that it is complete and doesn’t show signs of usage. The shipment has to be packed well in any case. Unpacked or insufficient packed shipments will not be accepted. Place the shipment on the ground floor, next to the first door ready for pick up. Additional costs for empty runs caused by missing allocation, unpacked or insufficiently packed shipments shall be charged to the costumers account.
